The way to a longer healthier life is by developing a range of healthy habits. Healthy habits include 1. Not smoking 2. Eat healthy food 3. Do not drink to much alcohol - Glass or 2 of red wine per day has health benifits 4. Get enough sleep 5. Have regular health check ups including cancer screening such as pap smears and breast checks and from men prostate check ups 6. Minimaise sugary drinks 7. Dilute fruit juices with a little water, often they taste better as they are not so sweet and they are alot healthier 8. Do regular exercise 9. Walk as much as you can 10. Stretch in the mornings ar at leates before and after regular exercise 11. Take supplements such as multivitamins 12. Incorporate as many super foods into you diet as you can even if it is just as a supplement. These include colustrum, goji berries, CQ10 13. relax on a reglar basis 14. Minimaise the saturated fats in your diet 15. Consume healthy oils such as olive oil, mustard seed oil.
